E-Statement access procedures:
We are glad to inform you that you will be able to have access to your Statement of Account through our Web site. The steps to follow are as below:

Step 1:             Click on the Internet Banking link on the home page of Zenith Bank (www.zenithbank.com)

Step 2:             Enter your Internet Banking details

• Username
• Password
• Access Code

Step 3:             Click on the MasterCard link on the left navigation pane

Step 4:             Select your desired option from:

• History
• Balances
• Requests for Statement by e-mail
• Mini-Statement

Please you are advised to change your password as often as possible.
