  • bullet Completed Mortgage Loan Application Form
    bullet Offer Letter from Landlord/Agent
    bullet Copy of Title Document of Property to be Purchased
    bullet
    Reference Letter from Current Employer [ Indicating Status, Annual Salary and Existing Loans(if any) ]
    bullet Copy of Office ID Card and Drivers Licence or National ID card
    bullet Pay Slip for the Last 6 Months
    bullet Copy of your Bank Account Statement for the Last 6 Months (if not a Zenith Bank account holder)
    bullet Updated Resume
    bullet 2 Passport Photographs
    bullet Copy of Spouse’s Letter of Employment or pay slips Indicating Salary
    (If Applicable)
    bullet Paid Utility Bills (Electricity/Telephone) for the Past 3 Months
    bullet Copy of Rent Receipt

Eligibility Criteria

Facility Type: Adjustable Rate Mortgage
Maximum Loan per Individual: N8m
Maximum Cost of House: N10m
Combined Household Gross Income: N8m max
Equity Contribution: Minimum 20%
Tenor: 3-10 Years
Principal Repayment: Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly or Yearly
Security: Clean Title Document of Property
Target Customers:
Economically engaged Nigerians resident in all the 36 state capitals. Property purchase has been extended to include all the 36 state capitals.
Purpose: To purchase "completed" housing unit only
Use of Property: Primary Residence (i.e. Owner-occupier)
